Assuming the cable won't be moving where it contacts the plaster/concrete, it should be fine. Heat will degrade cable sheathing over time, but it tend to be in the 10s of years if at all. I did some minor electrical cable replacement in a friend's house and the cable sheathing was falling off, but that was 1930s cabling, which is very old and was of a very different grade of sheathing. I wouldn't worry.
