does anyone know why my router keeps rebooting every 24 hours

Probably related to increased line noise, say when the central heating comes on.

Is the router wired to the PC or is it a wireless connection?

What type of router is it and is it always at the same hour of the day it reboots?

Do you definitely mean reboots or is it that the router re-syncs with the exchange.?

it is same time every nite but i think it maybe resnying

Might be worth running RouterStats-Lite to see what's happening.

Might be a idle timer problem. Try a spare router.
