Wireless help required!

Hi I have a Home hub 3 in the house and I have run a external ethernet cable down the garden to my office and my pc works fine in there now.
What my question is what can I buy to go wireless down there so I can use ipad etc is there somthing that I can plug the ethernet cable into and then send that signal wireless? Really appreciate any feedback

You just need a WAP or even a spare ADSL wireless router.

a re-purposed router is probably the way to go, since you then get enough connections for the desktop pc too

While a good idea, for people having to ask what a WAP is, sorting out an old router for that purpose may be somewhat confusing.

How good or bad I don't know but at £22 pricing is not bad.

Not all ADSL routers can work via ethernet connection,
so in fact a WiFi CABLE router would be easier / cheaper...

Not found one yet that you cannot fiddle with and turn into a WAP with 3 spare ethernet ports, assuming a 4 port switch in the first place
