Should be ok.
Everything can use the same subnet and gateway but, as suggested, you can just the start and finish of the DHCP range (aka scope) so that nothing else is given the static (manual) IPs you have already set.
How many devices do you already have on manual IPs?
DHCP Reservations can be another way to achieve the same results, but
as it's a table linking MAC addresses to IP addresses so say for 10 devices you can just:
specify the 10 IPs in one place
- rather than -
on different devices setting IP, subnet, gateway, DNS, (WINS, MTU, NTP ... there are plenty of settings that can be given out automatically)
