my superhub serial number?

hi, can anyone help me to decide which is my superhub serial?
it is a virgin media superhub (netgear VMDG480)
the serial on my router says CG3101D
but my problem is that i have a program that helps to read mt router and open the ports for games etc (it's called PF Conig) I am not very technical minded)
and it is giving me a choice of 2 versions which is not listed on the superhub
CG
CG3101D R36
or
CG3101D V2 37.01

I don't know which one it is?
can anyone help please?

I don't think it matters. The instructions say to pick one and if that doesn't work, go back and pick the other one.
