Shielded Patch Cable suppliers?

I'm looking for recommendations, preferably with no minimum orders or courier only delivery.

I only require 3 cables; one approx 1-1.5m with RJ45 plugs, one of approx 20cm with RJ45 plugs, and one of approx 20cm with RJ11 plugs.

Places I've looked either supply unshielded or don't say or have £10 delivery for a £4 order or similar.
