Virgin Super Hub 2 as modem

Can someone please help?

Our internet is supplied by Virgin, my PC and 'All-in-one' are wired, my wife accesses the internet wirelessly using Laptop & iPad. To get a stable solution we use a Virgin Webstar modem in conjunction with an ASUS RT-N66U router.

This has given her a stable internet connection anywhere in the house (router is in the loft). We now have a new Super Hub 2 which I would like to use to replace the Webstar modem but retain the RT-N66U router.

I gather it is possible to set the Super Hub up as a router, could someone provide step by step idiot proof instructions, to help an old man. We had a lot of problems getting a stable wireless set up and I'm loathe to dispense with the RT-N66U.

If I follow the guide, would I have to reset up the router or just re-connect?

The RT-N66U should already be in the right mode, i.e. dynamic IP on the WAN interface so no need to reset and reconfigure it
