White cat5e for outdoor use

Is white cat5e cable for external use available? I can only find black...

Have only ever seen the black version rated for outdoor use, presume no major call for the various colours.

Running it through white pvc tubing satisfy colour requirement?

Have never seen anything except BLACK Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6 in SWA or Duct Grade.

You could always fix white pvc (round or flat) conduit and run the cable through that.

I was going to say that but then I thought about the white trunking that runs to one of my garden lights - about 15yrs old and still perfect and the white exterior paint on a neighbours' house about 3 years old and looking very flaky 8^)
