Is this an ac connection?

I have tried the BT ac wireless dongle on a work laptop at home. It connects well but I'm interested to know if I'm getting standard 5GHz or the faster ac speed at the laptop. It's on channel 44 so definitely 5G but how do I know if it's ac? Transfer speed is 325Mbs from the router and 56Mbs download speed on the laptop (a few rooms away).

What's it say on the router? Mine shows my connection type there.

If you're using windows you could try this command in a cmd window

Netsh WLAN show interfaces

If you have an AC router, it will be getting AC speeds (assuming the router is not buggy - BT Homehub comes to mind).

What is the router?
