Looking for advice regarding a potential multiple camera set-up.
Now that we have FTTP and upload is faster than dial-up, a home security system with ability to access video externally is realistic.
I have 3 NAS already but for sake of security would probably purchase a stand alone NAS for storage and review of video from security cameras.
I'd be looking for a minimum of 1080p with night vision (if only to see local wildlife) that would be hard-wired to the home network and hopefully PoE.
App or remote access a necessity. "Intelligent" features like facial recognition and being able to pan around to follow movement also preferable.
Probably looking at 3 or 4 cameras, each to cover one corner of the house and land.
Thanks in advance.
