FTTP Router

[link to this post]

So I am finally get FTTP (Zen Full Fibre 300) in two weeks. Currently have their free Fritz box but wondering if I need something better. Wireless is handled by BT Whole Home WiFi which are working just fine.

Any thoughts?

If your otherwise happy / familiar with the router, why don’t you just try it out on the new service. There’s no reason it shouldn’t handle a 300/50 service. That should be well within its capability.

I'm using the Zen-supplied Fritz!Box 7530 on the 300 service and the router copes perfectly fine. Wi-fi is also pretty decent.
