Fair enough. I had a passing thought as I'm waiting on a couple of these medium power USB-C chargers to arrive today from Amazon.

They look OK, will see how they last.

The Dell ones are: https://www.dell.com/en-uk/work/shop/dell-uk-45-watt... but they only mention the standard power cord and not te extra "adapter".

Some of the items I need to power are USB-C and other various plugs. Just trying to make it all neat and tidy!

Yes precisely why I’m looking at those units from Amazon as they look to provide a nice small, tidy solution that can supply 66 watts with 2 x USB-C and 1 good old USB-A

Although will they work in adjacent sockets? The USB cable might need a tight bend.

It is the coax ones that are a pain for me.

Looks good to me so far. Nothing blocked and quite narrow and short front to back.

I suspect that none of the adaptors are compliant with BS1363 which is why reputable people in the UK have not heard of them.

They look good, as they have the international plug options. I'm using one of these at the moment, which is fixed with UK plug, but has 3 USB-C outputs + 1 USB-A: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B088CZ8CYG

It meets BS1363 and I would doubt if Dell would supply them if it did not.

What make you suggest they would not be compliant?

Yeah the 4-way international plug set is a nice bonus, supplied with two velvetine carry bag things. The UK plug uses the (folded up) North American plug legs to attach, so it’s all very neat and tidy. Smaller and faster than the factory Lenovo 45 watt brick too. So far very happy with them.

In reply to a post by MHC:
My laptop power supply came with a standard UK to clover leaf lead plus an additional UK13A plug direct to the cloverleaf allowing the power supply to be mounted direct.

I could do with some more of them for other PSUs but cannot locate any, and so far cannot find a picture online either. Does any know of any suppliers?

Is it a cloverleaf to 13A cable you want, or a 13A/cloverleaf integrated plug?

The cloverleaf connector is called C5 (the appliance inlet is C6):
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEC_60320
so a search for "C5 cable" will turn it up for you.

But a combined 13A (Type G) plug with fixed C5 connector is going to be harder to find. In any case, the exact position of the C5 connector may affect whether your PSU will fit on it or not. I suspect it would have been custom-made for the PSU.
