I've got a 2865, i can only reproduce your issue if i try to enable a remote dial in user when the user account hasnt been setup.

That will happen if you click 'Enable' from the main Remote Dial-in users page without configuring the profile first. To configure the profile, click on the Index 1., which is a clickable link. Then in there, you can configure the password in the upper right. There's only one type of VPN that doesn't have an individual password and that's IPsec IKEv1/IKEv2.

Do you understand from the above what you have to do? If so please enlighten me.

Hi

I do understand what they mean, what they are saying is, before clicking on the enable option, click on the number to the left of the enable option ( in the index column). That should bring up a screen to edit the username/password/vpn type, etc. After entering the information, you should be able to click okay, then you can enable the account.
