My Nokia XS-010G-Q has http://192.168.100.1/moreinfo.html available, it's not much use though with mostly just firmware versions, serial, mac, optical power which is probably the only potentially useful metric. They don't seem to take security very seriously since the first login screen can be ignored by going directly to the moreinfo page!
