I had an Ubiquiti UDM-Pro with a 10Gbit SFP that would run at 2.5Gbit, albeit in a non-supported mode and whilst functionally it was good, the software could be extremely unstable with what appeared to a severe lack of quality control or testing before it was released.
I've since moved to the Asus TUF Gaming AX6000 and whilst it doesn't have quite the wealth of functionality and has an annoying habit of rebooting to apply any changes it actually works really well and does "enough" of what I need it for.
Yes when I tried Ubiquiti I found its firmware to be buggy, and I couldn’t not get some things to work. Gave up out of frustration and plugged in my OG Google WiFi system and it worked better!
But have since moved on and tried other options. Asus are good as they still give you a lot of options.
