Xilo LLU

[link to this post]

Been with Xilo on their Home 16 LLU service for about a month now. Just wanted to say I wish I'd done this sooner. My line isn't brilliant only managing some 3 megs sync at best. But at least now the throughput is as fast as this will allow at all times of the day. It's like beeing back with F2S in the early days before the big boys got hold of them. I would recommend anyone thinking of Xilo to go ahead - you won't be disappointed. One small point, there's supposed to be an offer on at the moment of free migration. But although this doesn't seem to be the case I certainly have no complaints.

As I understand it you have to type the offercode into the order page. That's certainly what I did. Without the offer code there you might have to ask Matt very very nicely. smile

Thanks for that. I didn't know anything about it at the time. Still, I don't think I'll ask for a refund I'm just pleased to be with a decent ISP. smile

i am looking at other ISPs, in fact I been looking for the last 3 months, been out of contract from Bt for the last 3 months.

Still not sure who to go with, May go back to ADSL24, they use the same cable and wireless network that Xilo is, but I still got that fear of LLU,

Must get in touch with BT in the next few weeks and see what they can offer me.

I'd say if you do opt for C&W LLU, the free activation/migration promo ends on the 31st.

Cheers, but if I did move to a C&W reseller it would be with ADSL24, nothing against you, but I with ADSL24 before I moved to Bt and the Customer service was great and so was the broadband, mind you that was when Entanet was good.

Still got this fear about LLU, so I doubt very much if I will go with Cable and wireless.
