UKFSN outage?

Anyone on UKFSN experiencing any problems? I had a problem Thursday night, when I couldn't log on to Windows Live Messenger, although everything else was fine.
Yesterday, after getting home from work, still no luck. Tried various things and eventually re-set the router, since it seemed that was a possible culprit because I was experiencing the same problem on both my laptop and PC. Since then, I have had no access whatsoever. The PPP light on my router remains resolutely off. I have ruled out hardware or software problems on the basis that I have can log on to the router and have tried other routers as well. Using my laptop on a friend's connection-no problems. Therefore it can almost certainly only be a line problem Ior my login details are wrong, which I know they're not).
The UKFSN website is absolutely no help whatsoever and appears to not have been updated for a considerable time. The Tech Support number puts you through to Enta although I understand that they no longer use Enta-I'm on UKFSN's LLU package. I've raised an email ticket and, so far, heard nothing. I've had to come over to my sister's today to use her internet in order to post this. So if anyone has any ideas please let me know because I am getting thoroughly miffed.
