Broadband went down, xilo LLU

My broadband just went down. I went out for a bit and got back at 3:10 and broadband stopped working.

I could not ping and pages could not be found. Was it just me or did CW LLU go down?

I'm with xilo LLU.

Something is not right here. I can still use thinkbroadband but no other websites are loading in a new window.

Google, youtube, amzon are not working, even in firefox.

Obvious question, but have you tried re-booting your router?

Strange one. No reported issues and all working from our test connections too.

Like the last post suggests, have you tried a router reboot?

Hi, yes did that and a computer reboot to, same problem.

Hi matt, did that no luck.

Over the last 2-3 days I've had to reboot my router a few times. Sync has been fine, plenty of noise margin, no obvious reason why but browsing has been desperately slow, really high pings, can't complete speedtests, a reboot cures it though. Very unusual for me, I'm normally connected for a few months without needing to reboot.

Although Im via vivaciti I guess we still use the same backbone.

You're best dropping us a ticket, if you can, as your first port of call...

I could not even get to your website matt. I lost my connection as I was about to reply. So I scanned my computer and even tried a system restore but that did not work.

I think I have now found the problem. I removed your DNS settings you gave me in another topic and guess what, it worked. So it must of been your DNS servers or you have changed them or something.
