Dunno my TT line was 12 when it started then worked down to 6 its self.

Well my Zen login expired around midnight having to use mobile/dialup now.

True, but when you do get though to them the service is normally far better than what you get from the larger companies and their out sourced customer service.

I 2would rather wait until the next day and get someone who knows what they are doing than someone there and then who only reads from a script.

Up and running now after some chasing.

Our support desk is open 24x7 but the provisioning desk is not and that is due to all the suppliers only having an office hours support desk so even if you could call our support desk a 3 in the morning, they would not be able to do anything until the morning when the carriers start work.

Its not a one man band, thats for sure, one person could not run everything all on their own.

I think your numbers still have to go up a fair bit more than that.
