Coms throttling began before everybody moved from ADSL24?

I believe Coms started throttling NNTP and P2P long before they had even moved all ADSL24 customers over to their network !!!

...all whilst emailing ADSL24 customers assuring them that their service wouldn't change !!!

I don't think they did. From the little I use usenet (after 8pm) there was no throttle in place until recently. Going on how many use p2p/ usenet I think more would have said earlier if this was the case

I don't think they did, I had absolutely no issues until just under two weeks ago which would be in line with about when they probably started doing their tests.

And throttling also coincided when we started complaining of packet loss
