Hi,
We had swish installed in the spring (thrown in, I have a replacement fiber run from them to redo at some point on the side of the house), which once they sorted teething issues has been fine & is a decent service for the price, they recently transitioned us to Cuckoo (which was a weekend of outages), this then came through on email:
Just a quick message from us here at Cuckoo, to let you know that so we can ensure a smooth transition of your service, we’re removing any minimum commitment period from your contract. That means you may cancel your contract by giving us 30 days’ notice and will not have to pay an Early Release Fee (ie fees for ending your contract before your minimum period has expired).
Have no intention of terminating early (at least while openreach aren't doing symmetrical services, 1g upload is really handy for backing stuff up), but quite surprised they've done this, anyone else had it?
