Hi-Velocity Email down for anyone??

Is it down for anyone else???

i really need to change my email address over to my new provider

Noone else using hi-velocity email @hvmail that can tell me if theres is working or not please?

It was working for me last night.

Thanks for that,mine (2 accounts) are still not working,outlook is asking for the passwords,which are in and are correct.strange

Sorted now,i left Hi-velocty 1 year ago and ive been using there email ever since,they cut me of yesterday.

iI rang them and they told me this should of happened a yr ago when i left,,so they was doing some clearing out of the system yest and come across it..and cancelled it..

Yep it's been down for me as well since thursday afternoon. It keeps asking for my username and password. The error code says "account suspended" whatever that means. I phoned hi-velocity several times, but there seems to be no one there except an answer phone message. I left a message on friday, but they hav'nt called back. This is really madening, i desperately need my email access back quickly.

You'd be advised to set up an ISP-independent e-mail address (since, even if HV get their act together, you'd end up losing your HV address anyway if you moved to another ISP) -- either a free one like Hotmail / Googlemail, or a paid-for domain. I know it's a wrench, but in the long run you'll be better off

Have either of you tried the webmail login? I left several years ago and seem to still have an active e-mail account as I can login to it via webmail.

Phoned support this morning and got it sorted. Problem at their end and it's working ok now. I did try logging in to the webmail, but no joy with that either.
