Aquiss and MAC code help please

Cant seem to find info on how I request my MAC code from Aquiss I've tried emailing them and so far no response usually they are fairly quick at getting back. Do I need to write to them by post ?

any help from any of you out there who have been in the same boat would be appreciated

Afternoon,

Give us chance, you only emailed in at 2:38 PM wink
We requested the MAC Key at 2.47 PM and the was further chased at 16:01 PM as nothing had arrived.

We currently only have 1 ticket outstanding (yours). This will be sorted by someone in accounts by close of business and supplied in well under the 5 days wink
