You won't find better customer service than Xilo/Uno to be honest.

Tickets answered often in minutes, sometimes less than a minute, often well outside office hours, excellent phone support, they really can't do enough for you.

Get yourself on the C&W LLU connection, you won't regret it. It's just soooo good.

Don't forget the C&W LLU is broadband only. Your phone line and calls still go via BTWholesale - although you can transfer those to other BTW Resellers if appropriate to you.

Its not like the TalkTalk/Tiscali/Sky Full LLUs where it can be tough/expensive to even get your phone line & number back into BT land.

There is the migration cost into and out of LLU but atleast the BTW engineer really does have to move a cable in the exchange for the money! And don't forget some ISPs (eg. plusnet) are even charging for a BTW->BTW migration in if you don't stay a year.

They have, but still deciding what to do, not doubt i will still be deciding in the next 12 months

it is not just changing Isp, if I move from Bt, i also have to change mobiles and move my number to another provider, so it is all hassle, which is why I normally stay away from these deal where all my eggs are in one basket.

i can't argue on that fact, apart from that ADSL24 customer service was great when I was with them,

I had a phone call from ADSl24 when my MAc went though and another when my ADSL went online and any questions I asked was answered. I did not have any problems, so never needed to bother with technical problems

If I did, as I have said many time on these forums, it will be with ADSL24, but it is just that LLU thing, I can't see myself jumping to LLU, even if a work mate is happy with his Cable and wireless connection.

Sky have only just gone over to full LLU, someone I chat too on messenger is on sky LLU broadband, but because she don't have sky Talk they want to charge her another fiver a month on top of her broadband.

She told them she is not paying it and if they really want it that bad, then she will cancel it all, sky and broadband, I think they have now got around it by giving her a discount on her sky t.v, so she is now paying less.

I think she is going to get rid of it in the next few months anyway as she is not watching the T.v enough to make the best of having sky.

contracts are way too long these days, there was a time when it was only 12 months, now they want 18 or 24 months now, about time it was stopped.

After i left Bt the first time I made sure all my contracts was less than 3 months, this time I come back to Bt was the longest contract I have ever had, 18 months, I don't think i want that again.

There is no 'thing'! Other than the speed the you sync at is what you get and NO carp profiling. I have yet to find anybody who has experienced LLU that would go back to a BT product.

I can also vouch for Matt at Xilo. He was answering multiple messages at 3am in the morning one night. Superb service all round.

I can also recommend Vivaciti who tried on a daily basis to get me on LLU at my other property and after 3 weeks of trying I'm now on. Can ask for better than that.

Previously I was with ADSL24 for 2 years and they were great. However my very recent experience of their new packages on MurphX BTW and the incredibly slow technical support has not been good at all. Maybe things will start picking up over there once their migration from Enta is fully complete.

Another Xilo recommendation here, you will not find better customer service and the connection is great

That's why suppliers love their bundles.
As for LLU, once you have a good LLU connection you'll be kicking yourself you didn't move sooner, I know I did.

Just hassle if anything goes wrong and if I did decide to go back to BT. I have seen it in other forums where the transfer have gone wrong and they end up have problems for months even losing their phone service and not just from fully unbundled systems.

I have yet to find anybody who has experienced LLU that would go back to a BT product.

i know one, they went from Sky back to BT.
