Have vivaciti confirmed that they throttle non-p2p traffic ?

I dont see any change with my download speeds during the day and evening and am on the same package ( I think).

I am with Vivacity/Surfwise which I think is O-bit, on LLU 16.50 per month. Phone still with Bt. One month contract and I am delighted.

But you cant trust everything you read

I had a reply in a ticket recently that confirmed that P2P and newsgroups have a "lower traffic priority" between 8am and 7.30pm weekdays.
Nothing else was mentioned.

Although very happy with what I get from Vivaciti including their support , I do feel their website could do with much more detailed info on the various packages on offer including details on throttling (if any) .
I dont find it satisfactory to have to trawl through the forums to find out info which might be out of date.
Lack of info did put me off migrating for quite a while.

Not saying that Vivaciti are alone in thsi respect

With ref to the web site, I think you are being far too polite about our current website, it's a complete mess at the moment.
I was given a quick look at the beta release of the new site and it's a lot more easy to follow and find information about the different packages already and they are still working on it.

No not quite right, Murphx are no more, they are mow Daisy Wholesale and O-Bit are now owned by Daisy Group plc but are still a separate operating company.

which is fine but speed tests tend to tail off which seems like there beeing throtteled as well.
