llanelli C&W/Bulldog problem?

I noticed on sam knows it said the LLU from C&W/bulldog was due to go live the end of last month.But it still saying pending.

Is this a normal thing? they give a date but doesnt go ahead etc.

Chances are quite high it went ahead and Samknows is behind smile

Any ISP that thinks that selling my click traffic is acceptable is MisinPHORMed

C&W / Bulldog: RFS date set : 31/03/2011 says the same in my exchange too,
