I am getting very inconsistent speeds with Xilo. I have been with them over a month. With my previous providor (BT Broadband) even at peak times I didn't get below 3.5Mb on a 4.5Mb profile. I have reported the speed issues as a fault to Xilo, but as the speed is above the minimum fault rate, BT won't do anything. The speed will be 4-4.2Mb and then it will suddenly drop down to 1-2Mb. Does anybody know what I can do?
