Sorry for the late reply, i've been rather busy of late.
Anyway, yes there was a 'system error' regarding my usage, which is now fixed. ADSL24 reset my usage for this month, So, I guess if i was a download [censored] i could hammer it as i have another 30Gb to last til the end of the month. But i aint.
Seems my support ticket was also victim to another 'system error' But again that has now been fixed.
So credit where credits due i guess.
