anyone else cant connect to Xilo?

not sure what happened it was working fine.
didnt lose sync got kicked and it wont allow me to log on.

I'd suggest dropping us a ticket and someone will have a look at this for you as nothing has alerted internally, so maybe a problem elsewhere.

I have a BT-based and TTB-based service that have not had any issues and are still in session for the last few days, and none of the lines we're monitoring have dropped either.

I'm headed to bed but please do drop us a ticket on the account.

thanks matt tom just replied.
as I was viewing it came back on but line has dropped from 6.5mb to 4.1.

the service is acting really rough atm.this isnt normal for me so much be an issue with talk talk?

What does router log show when you got kicked?

hi.
Havent got one (that gives a log).Router is so gone today im going to buy a new one later on now.
the connection is back only thing i've noticed my downstream atten used to be 47 thats now 49-50db.

i rebooted the router a few times and got the line sync up from 3549.to 6100.
the download speed looks like its had about 140KB shaved off it.so not sure what happened last night.

I know last week there was a huge problem with Sky LLU in the area (even skytalk went down)

If there was a rate change, it is likely something occurred on the line itself, or something local to you.

No issues with TTB on the exchange in question and others did not loose connection at the time yours did based on your connection logs.

lady next door down to me has lost 3mb on her sky connection.
im going to ring BT ask them to do a line test etc.
mine isnt quite as bad as hers..shes gettong 330kb!!!
