Would the resellers be so kind as to check again for me? My exchange is supposed to have gone live (WNAE) Aberystwyth and also another exchange near me Cardigan (SWCG) was supposed to have been done over a month ago!

Having access to the talktalk memebers exchange checker would be really handy right now!

Our account manager at TalkTalk advised us only a couple of weeks back that the plans for Aberystwyth were a little while off, with Q1 next year more likely.

From the TalkTalk checker (on their own website) when using the postcode of the exchange to see what's available:

Plus vivaciti, maybe others as well.

Titan too, they have sale on at the moment £26.34 all in, 3 month contract.

Xilo are really good.
I used them before leaving for talktalk.
and please trust me Xilo are NOTHING like talk talk.

I never had any peak time slowdowns.CS IMHO is better.theres no point having 24 hr staff when they just make matters worse.Using the talk talk members forum often means waiting 2-3 days for issues to get sorted.With Xilo any issues would be sorted Max 10 hrs.

We only left Xilo because we needed to cut costs on out goings but its been a False Economy.

the feeling you get with Talktalk they just cram as many people on as possible and hope for the best,The peak time slow down this past 4 weeks has just been Crazy that never happened with Xilo.

I use Vivaciti a TT reseller.
Vivaciti were the only one which allowed only the broadband to be moved to LLU leaving the phone with BT.
They do throttle P2P during Office hours - not something that affects or worries me.
