Just to show a little balance. Many thanks to Karl and Glenn for sorting tickets out for me. Being with Zen for 6 years only a few questions have come up.

I must have sent Viva 6 or 7 tickets and they have been answered promptly and courteously and sorted out any teething problems that I had. There was a problem with ITV player today and my profile has been adjusted accordingly within an hour.
