Things were still so-so last night for me but all seems normal once more this morning, better update my ticket now accordingly.

The NOC team think they have located the issue and are asking all those effected to re-test and let us know if they are still seeing the issues.

Hi it was the 62 ms that was out of the ordinary but the team have fixed this and its 17 all the way now.
