Hmm....

I was under the impression I was signing up to an O2W product. It seems, if my traceroute is any thing to go by, I'm on an Enta product. Am I missing something?
O2wholesale provide the llu kit at the exchange and the data link VLAN to the Wholesalers network handover point Unfortunately for some 02 don't seem to route to other locations than london, So in this case the wholsaler is entanet , they are responsible for peering ip adressing ect ect, they also have access via control pannel to the dslam so are able to change the configuration Vivaciti pays entanet just as several other Visp's ,Enta will probably provide different levels of service to different VISP's price being key, so some can offer lower contention ratio(accross the enta network) They i belive do suffer from their own peak time, wich is during office hours mainly from 10am through till 5pm peaking from 3-4pm high jitter levels possibly the first signs of congestion,
