Re: contacting xilo by telephone ,impossible ?

I can confirm numerous issues with engaged phone on both their 0800 and 0345 number. Was trying to call last week got through in the afternoon after a morning of repeatedly getting the engaged tone.

I'm trying to get through again now, and failing to on both numbers. There's definitely a problem somewhere.

I thought there was,as no number will be permanently engaged even when busy,

It's possible, but unlikely
As i have in the past tried to call them on serveral occassions over several days or weeks,It's more likely something to do with their Voip setup as most if not all Isp's appear to use such systems these days

A voip customer will still be limited by a number of 'lines' allocated to them.

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen => Freeola => Vivaciti (using O2 Wholesale DSL) => Xilo (C&W Wholesale) => Xilo (O2 Wholesale)
Router: Billion 7800N
Note: I don't lay turf for anyone. astro or otherwise, all views and opinions expressed are my own based on experience.
