I'm still looking at a change later in the year once I hear the switch is due to take place an I get my new router (Waiting on the release of the new Billion 7800DX)

As you can see, I'm just wanting to get the same sort of results as the ones below lifted from my BeBox smile

Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 11.0 / 14.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 7.0 / 6.0
Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / BDCM
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 0 / 0

A little bump of this thread as it appears it could be close to going over to Sky from what I have been reading.

This is what I have so far.

Plusnet - Only 'up to 16MB'
Aquiss - Only offers 'Up to 19MB'
Vivaciti - Shows 24MB and fully adjustable.
Xilo/Uno - Also appears to be the same as Vivaciti.
AAISP - Seem quite expensive compared to what I was paying with BE.
Goscomb - Could be in the running although a little more expensive.

So what would people recommend over Goscomb, Vivaciti or Xilo/Uno?

Plusnet - Only 'up to 16MBb'
That's just advertising rules - at least 10% of users must get at least advertised speed.

It is still ADSL2+ just like O2, so you should get about what you are getting now. Maybe up to 22-23 Meg.

1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC

I'm still unsure of Plusnet. Many seem to have moved there since the Sky take over due to cheapness so having a larger customer base surely will let the service suffer?

Vivaciti are definitely on the short list. They seem to be supplying what I am after anyway.
