30% down on upload and download speeds and worst of all my static ip was changed without warning resulting in a couple of days hassle with client access to my servers, tickets in and waiting for a response.

Its not adding them up right either. Last hour said i downloaded 0.2gb of data, even though i know i downloaded a 500mb file

Same here. By the looks of it, it also seems to be counting my off-peak usage as part of the 100GB bundle. I'd best go and cancel my DD before I get stung for £180!!

Hi All,

The issue with the invoices has now been resolved.

We are looking into the usage stats at the moment, I will drop an update on here once that's been fixed.

Counting peak hours, not adding them up properly during the hour
