Mine isn't too bad.

Currently download is 14389 Kbps but up is the slowest I've had for years at 799 Kbps.

My downstream should be 16880 or so, and upstream 1022. They're currently 11996 and 1007.

It has. It used to be 5.9 down and 9.2 up. It's now 12 in both directions a week before last.

I thought it was my router. Looks like it affected most / all users. Luckily I have Sky BB and Three as backups.

I wonder if there will be a comment from Fawlty Towers?

Same happened here right in the middle of an ssh session. Connection was down for about a quarter of an hour.

I did consider ringing support but based on the evidence of my previous calls I thought it would be pointless.

In reply to a post by bobble_bob:
What other downtime was there? Cant say ive had any other than today. Had the odd disconnect but reconnected straight away

The same as what just happened, internet died with no warning and took a while to come back again regardless of a router reboot. Apart from these failures everything has been fine so I'm pretty certain the fault is at their end.

My SNR is currently 6DB down and 7.5 DB up. One of COMS support team phoned me up yesterday and reckoned they are trying to do something about the poor upload speed.
