I dropped in to see if anyone else was having problems since the COMS takeover of ADSL24 - I wasn't expecting such a massive thread! It seems I am not alone...
I now have 3 tickets open since Friday - originally they were disappearing, but at least I can see them sitting there (unanswered) now. ADSL24 were very good at responding to tickets - but it seems to be taking COMS many days. And will I ever get more than the standard reply ("give us a while to sort things out") if/when they do get back to me?
Performance seems OK tonight, but was unusable on Friday.
Also been having DNS problems - do I need to change DNS servers? I never received any info from COMS on what might need to be changed for my new set up.
Getting close to requesting my MAC - though I see that option is one of the many casualties to disappear from the new MyAccount screen.
