ranng support. Opendns is down apparently. He said coms should work, but some sites dont. So gonna try Google dns

I just did the change opendns to 'automatically acquire dns' which at least got some sites working but not all. Then changed back to opendns, which again some sites work, some don't. At least I can get to this one.

I think coms are passing the buck... surely everyone coms or other ISP would be having issues with opendns?
Seems to be some sort of dns issue both with coms dns and opendns.

Seems to have worked. Although still cannot get on my homepage - http://www.netvibes.com or opendns website

Anyone tried both of those address do they work for you?

Nope. Both Netvibes and OpenDNS are unreachable right now. (using Open DNS anyway) will try coms dns...

... same using coms dns. both unreachable.

Both work on 3g but neither work on opendns, googledns and comsdns. Dont get that?

Appears they're the only 2 sites on the net that ive tried that dont work although both are up

Coms guy did say their supplier said there were issues with opendns and its been better since going to Google ones

What gateway are you on?
I've been on both the .51 and .52 with these issues.
However last night I was on the .53 when everything was fine.

Can't get to mozilla.com either. Somethings amiss at coms end. thats for sure. Palming it off on being an opendns specific problem is bs.
