Funny how it got fixed just as the tech guys would probably be going to work and people start reporting issues. I do think it was a coms issue, too many sites down on other dns servers aswell

Working here now.

First couple of hops are on enta.net - thought coms was old pipex?

I've been at work since 8.45am, Open DNS has been fine all the time. I dont see it being an ODNS issue.

Yea something else was going on, but these things do happen and tbf apart from some minor issues that Paul/Dan have sorted, i havent had anything major so will see what happens. Im certainly looking at alternatives incase

Sounds more related to http://noc.enta.net/2014/03/incident-routing-issues/

As Coms appear to use Entanet in some way for their peering/transit, then I suspect issues will be as above.

Hope so be glad if its not a coms issue. Was certainly not a dns one anyway
