I don't think the word "troll" is appropriate for an ISP rep to use in a public forum frown. Whatever the circumstances.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 58.7/14.6Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

He calls a troll to anyone who has a different opinion to him than himself or who dig up info that he prefers to be hidden

I don't recall the normal poster under the nick "vivaciti" ever using the word.

Why not? If the cap fits...

There are faeces-stirrers here who will latch on to an ISP just because they did not use an apostrophe correctly a few years ago if their company accounts are late. They should get a life or try to get a job on the Private Eye.

How very complimentary of you. Just trying to establish some facts isn't trolling by any means.

Just looks like you've changed the company name and registration at an apt time. Will you be filing accounts for Vivaciti Ltd? I assume the public purse would like some of your profits, or is changing your company a way to avoid that? Looks like it.

I am curious though, did you let your customers know about the change from Vivaciti Ltd to J and V Data Services?

Yes no issues here, just a shame there are some trolls still on here that just love to try to stir things up a bit.

Trolling? Stirring up? After all posters have done to point things out in order to help keep you on the straight and narrow. You just can't help some people.

What is happening and why to Vivaciti Ltd?
