IM ON LLU SURFWISE CHANGING OVER TOMOROW

125GB is not unlimited, if you change over tomorrow you will have to run a tracert. Looks like we are being transferred to a BT supplier.

I will be assessing QoS over the first week and then considering whether to move then.

I realise that, although thanks for letting us know one of the packages you maybe switching to. But if I read the T&C correctly the Unlimited package has a FUP of 125 GB per month, yet no metering page so it could be quite easy to go over that. Surfwise had no FUP.

yes not happy I will be on to vivacity in the morning how can they sell unlimited with a 125gig allowance ? im paying £35 amonth with line rental for 125 gig with no way of checking allowance, I will be better of going straight with BT or plusnet?if the 125gig allowance is correct I will want out for miss selling unlimited broadband

BT are offering a free LLU transfer at the moment and I was told no MAC needed although I take this with a pinch of salt.

been on the vivacity website bit confusing which package im on? was on llu surfwise

The website is a mess. I put my tel number in and was offered LLU Premium and BT limited options but I dont know why the LLU will be through maybe TT Business.

I will update tomorrow when ive been on the phone to them hopefully the change over goes smooth with unlimited or im off to a new isp
