That 125GB figure should have been out of the T&Cs a long time ago, I have sent an email over to find out why it is still showing or if it is error.

There is no 125GB limit, an email has already been sent as this figure is wrong and has not been used for a very long time so I have been told.

hi all update just gone live on new service im on enta net but what a difference in speed and lower ping sycn at my highest ever 13.5meg on a 6nm , I did phone up and a chap forgot his name explained ever thing to me , so lesson learned any problems wise to phone up first and explained about the old terms was a mistake from yrs ago one happy chappy hope all goes as well as mine

Thanks for letting us know Mart, enta was one of my non preferred suppliers, will have to see how the speed works out. Cheers.

I received the same email last week, with new log-in details. So will wait and run a tracert on the 30th to find out.

New Connection today, speeds about the same, tracert runs over Enta. Will see come the weekend if any slowdowns.

tracert can run over Enta without it being an Enta service. This has caused much confusion for COMS, (ex ADSL24) customers. Only if the first hop after your router is Enta are you on an Enta service.

Speedtest.net sometimes tells you what the first hop is.
