the name on the two invoices at the moment is vivacity but they said daisy is taking the money?

It is not the name on the invoices, you need to find out the name on the direct debit that went out of your bank account, if that says vivaciti or J&V Data Ltd, then vivaciti have taken the money, not daisy.
