Were you on MPF, or SMPF?

Me?
MPF I think, phone line was with BT.
Market 1 exchange, still on ADSL Max, not ADSL2+

Ah, not LLU at all then.

AIUI you were on SMPF and still are. Line is Plusnet-Openreach, broadband (on the line) is BT Wholesale feeding Plusnet's routers via WBMC.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

Me and another user on here did some tests, and found out this isnt actually packetloss. What you see here is the traffic management system treating ping requests as low priority thus dropping them. The BQM treats this as packetloss but its not

I had graphs showing 90% packetloss but was able to streaming HD content fine, its just a quirk of the traffic management system

Yes, I had planned to wait until fibre in some form was available here, but it's now been delayed until January, and I couldn't cope with this connection any longer.

During the time I was having the problem I couldn't stream anything and downloads weren't worth bothering with. The traffic management was also affecting things like online gaming.

Pretty sure that's not the case with my connection because any time ping is showing packet losses I get huge latency spikes and disconnections when gaming and streaming video tends to stutter and drop to lower quality.
