Also I find interesting is that Caller ID is still working, I called my phone with mobile and the number appeared on my Dect handset but no ringing. Ringing tone was heard on the mobile. Any ideas?
Unfortunately, no, I didn't bother to ring my home phone and used the free call redirection service BT offered because the line was down, to forward all calls to my mobile, until the phone line was fixed.
when mine went down, BT did fix it by the fourth day of it being down. Check in to it, IIRC from when mine phone line was dead, if it is down longer than four days, you can get compensation.
