BIG Broadband Warehouse

Hi,

I was just having a look at some ISP's for an upto 76Mb/s FTTC service and came across BIG Broadband Warehouse. Prices seem very keen and if the service is good, the 24 month contract's not an issue. Have any of you guys experience of them?

Part of POP Telecom which is one of the many resellers that is popular on comparison engines due to referral fees but outside that circle very little chatter.

It looks to be a very small company but with decent cash flow. You can now get very useful information free via the Companies House website. The balance sheet since 2013 is interesting. Looks like a huge mortgage on the company's books.

The free low level account from Company Check is often also useful, giving pretty graphs and company group structures.

Probably best to steer clear then as there's no tangible feedback from reliable sources. Unless something as cheap as this comes along that has a proven track record, I think I'll stick with my original choice of Uno.

You do know that uno belongs to xilo, given in your sig? They may be able to do an internal move of you to a different product.

Yes aware of their affiliation thanks. The current thoughts are that my cabinet will be activated and ready for orders by end of November (it's been stood up since June). So I hope Uno have made available their Talk Surf Fibre package by then.
