Timico fault team

Internet blinked out at the weekend and the timico 24 hour help service could only pass a message on to the help service that runs from mon-fri got a call back today saying there was a battery contact fault and i need to contact my line provider to get it fixed, erm how does one contact contact the line provider.

Hi that would be whoever you get your phone line rental from as the physical line is down to them.
