NowTV Hub two

Can anyone tell me about the hub two supplied by NowTV please?

I understand it is manufactured by/for Sky, so do the same procedures have to be followed to access username and password for use in an alternative router for example?

Well the new connection works, but as with Sky previously, I can't access my email or webcam via the supplied router.

Can anyone suggest a way of using my old Technicolor router, which does the loopback I need? I had it setup on a Sky connection a couple of years back, but have forgotten how to get the username and password to get it to log on.

I've tried abcdef@skydsl with 1234567890abcdef as suggested in a post I found elsewhere without any joy.

Edit: I am sure I didn't need to run Wireshark with my Sky connection.

What�s stopping you access email and webcam?

The supplied router.

All working again now using my old Technicolor one.
