bOnline - has anyone used them?

Has anyone used bOnline? I'll forgive the daft cAmeLcase name.https://www.bonline.com/

I soon hope to be choosing a broadband supplier for a charity. I'd never heard of them before but bOnline showed up well in an article on Techradar comparing business BB suppliers. Otherwise it's probably BT or Plusnet.

We just need basic 80/20 FTTC which is available at our proposed premises.

Any thoughts? Any experiences?

My church use them so a fair amount of live streaming has taken place over the past year or so. I have the Thinkbroadband ping monitor pointing at the router and the latency is very good. Excellent service, I think we had one day with a couple of hours downtime over the past year but that is all. The building sits opposite a cabinet so the speed is always in the 75 down / 20 up ballpark.

Interesting can you post thinkbroadband link here please. Would be useful for OP. Maybe speed test result from thinkbroadband.
